RMA POLICY. Return Merchandise Authorization Policy. Merchandise may NOT be returned unless accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (an “RMA”) issued by Young Surgical. To begin the RMA process, please call 1-877-540-3258 or email info@youngsurgicalsolutions.com. Returned Merchandise without an authorized RMA number, will NOT be eligible for credit and will NOT be returned to sender. Buyer must report claims to Young Surgical promptly as designated and outlined herein. All Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of buyer receipt.

Restocking Fee: A 25% Restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $25, applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Young Surgical/MPS/PuraGraft.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a signature acknowledging the product was stored and handled in the appropriate manner and with care.
Returning Merchandise: Find the closest FedEx/UPS Ground Service Center or give the package to your local FedEx/UPS Ground driver to Return Merchandise.
